Le Bunker Allemand sous Paris.

The German WW2 bunkers were built by consolidation of a section of the old quarries under Paris. Walls, chicanes, and security doors were established to isolate the bunker from the quarries. This is a photo of one of those doors.

I have no idea why, when or by whom the door was so convincingly breached but I love what the twisted metal says about the determination of those who did make it in... or out.
