Blatantly a retake of Micro's fantastic pano... I have to admit, his is better. This is the discharge tailrace of the Rankine Hydro electric power plant.

This photo is from the latest North America bust up, We were really lucky this night, they wind was in the right direction. The last time I made the unpleasant trek to the outfall there was a torrential rainfall from the horseshoe falls at this point.
