Then I started looking around town and I realized that there was no copper cabling in any of the buildings. Presumably these things were in place before the nuclear accident at Chernobyl, so I can only conclude that a few Ukrainian handshakes took place and the guards allowed the scrapping of anything of value... no matter how radioactive. <br /> <br />I'll bet you 50 bucks that that motor is out there somewhere in the Ukraine powering a ride for children right now.
